Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA) is becoming more important for the customer and client as programs become more complex and subject to risk. The Department of Defense requires scope, time, and cost risk assessments to be provided on many of its programs. The Structured Schedule Framework provided by Structnet is fully linked vertically and horizontally with no constraints in the schedule delivered to the customer. The critical path can be determined and a Schedule risk assessments conducted as soon as the customer populates it with minimum, maximum, and most likely durations at the Summary Level Planning Package level. As control accounts are added and substituted for the original Summary Level Planning Package tasks, SRAs can be conducted as long as no constraints are included in the schedule when the SRA is conducted.
